• Plaza Carso — Around 20–25 minutes walking. A modern complex with shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

• El Palacio de Hierro (Polanco / Masaryk area) — Just 5–10 minutes walking. You’ll be close to Polanco’s upscale shopping district.

Getting Around:

The property is about 14 km | 9 miles from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).



We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.



There is a gated garage. The remote will be found in the kitchen. There are 2 spaces available for mid-size cars. Do not forget to return the remote.

This property is not pet-friendly, but exceptions may be approved upon request with a fee and deposit refundable upon check-out.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.



- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. All access instructions for the property will be provided on the check-in date, following the completion of the rental agreement online.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. The home is listed to accommodate 16+ guests but has a capacity of 30.

- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously.

- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GROUPS. Please note that after the 8th guest, an additional fee of 500 MXN (25 USD) per guest, per night will apply.

- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.

- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.



NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
