  • El mejor lugar y edificio para hospedarse en la Condesa de CDMX. Departamento acogedor y luminoso. Seguridad 24/7, estacionamiento, valet parking, Roof Top con alberca climatizada y la mejor vista del parque en España. También contamos con un Snack Bar con servicio a domicilio de 11:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m. ¡Gimnasio al aire libre en el Roof Top!

    El departamento cuenta con amplios espacios, buena altura y mucha luz natural por las ventanas. Sala de estar con revestimiento de piel, muy cómoda. Cocina equipada con refrigerador grande. Lavadora y secadora en el departamento. La habitación principal cuenta con una cómoda cama King size. Pantalla con TV por cable y Netflix, cortinas blackout.
    El baño principal cuenta con vestidor, muy espacioso. La regadera tiene muy buena presión e incluye champú, jabones, crema corporal, etc. La recámara secundaria cuenta con una cama matrimonial, un espejo grande y un clóset. El baño secundario también cuenta con buena presión de agua, toallas, champú, etc. Ambas habitaciones tienen muy buena iluminación y cortinas opacas.

    ¡Jardín en la azotea con vistas increíbles! Áreas verdes, gimnasio al aire libre, piscina climatizada con vista al Parque España, centro de negocios, Snack Bar con servicio a domicilio y piscina. Hamacas, mesas para comer, ping pong, baños, ¡todo! La piscina está climatizada las 24 horas. La opción perfecta para relajarse y tomar el sol antes de volver a casa.
    El Snack Bar abre de 11:00 a 18:00. Tienen un menú bastante amplio y saludable para todas las edades. Las margaritas y los cócteles son increíbles.

    El edificio cuenta con servicio de valet parking sin costo adicional; solo deja tu auto y lo estacionan en el cajón designado. También tienes estacionamiento y todas las comodidades del edificio. ¡Aprovéchalo! Verás lo increíble que es alojarse en un lugar con tantas comodidades, las mejores vistas y atardeceres, especialmente en otoño e invierno. Todo está muy cerca, así que puedes ir a pie, en moto o en bicicleta. La zona cuenta con caminos especiales para bicicletas. Atención al cliente disponible durante tu estancia de 8:00 a 22:00. Conozco muy bien la ciudad; si necesitas recomendaciones sobre lugares o actividades, no dudes en preguntar. Vivo en la torre de al lado, así que estoy muy cerca para ayudarte.

    El apartamento cuenta con un sistema de saneamiento completo entre reserva y reserva para ofrecerte un espacio libre de COVID.

We had never been to Mexico City and were initially a bit skeptical about the claim that this was the “best location.”I’m happy to say it truly is an outstanding place to stay. The park is directly across the street, and National Museum of Anthropology is just a short walk away.Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe—which is absolutely worth seeing—is located in the historic center and is about an hour on foot or a 25-minute Uber ride away.I would definitely stay here again. There are also plenty of restaurants in the immediate area around the condo, making it especially convenient.

Wonderful stay, safe local area with lots of good food, breads, cafes nearby. Easy uber rides around the great coty. Walking distance to Chaputepec park, plazas and on/off tour bus.

Horacio was fabulous. Provided a lot of great info even before we arrived and was very communicative during our stay. The condo was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles. The pool area on the roof was beautiful and provided a great view of the city. The location really is the best in Condesa as it borders Parque Espania and is only a couple of blocks from Parque de Mexico. I have never seen more parks and free space in any other major city in the world.

Perfect Condessa vacation

Great management- apartment is so well equipped. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and sofas. The rooftop with pool is such an extra place to hang out. The cool up there is the best and we often ate our lunch there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, Great host!

Horacio was such a great host. Welcoming and supportive, with great suggestions on how to enjoy the city. The VRBO location is perfect, surrounded by vibrant parks, great food and friendly people. We'll be back!

Family Friendly

Our stay was great! We got videos with instructions on how to open the door and all the details of the property. We also received videos of recommendations for places to visit. The place was clean, safe, great views, across from a park. We would definitely stay there again.

Ideal for a city break

Most importantly for us the location was ideal. La Condesa is charming and perfect for a city break. Horacio, the host is a welcoming person and will happily help you to arrange your free time in CDMX. The apartment was as advertised, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. will definitely stay again if we travel to CDMX again.

Absolutely loved this spot! Perfect location in Mexico City! Condesa is amazing and this property allows you to explore it all. Horacio is an amazing host and was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Shout out to Raul for an amazing time exploring Teotihuacán! Love love love CDMX and will hopefully be back many times to share more

Great Condo and Facility!

We had a lovely stay at this property and would highly recommend. This is a great location with great amenities. The communication was easy and great. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool deck and outdoor space was beautiful. We would definitely come and stay again in this perfect neighborhood!! Great location and rooftop!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and quite comfortable. Tons of good restaurants within walking distance and in addition to the convenient 7-11 next door, there is a supermarket close by too. The rooftop space was awesome! The manager was always nearby to help and answer questions- very responsive. Would come back!
