Pavelló Merriweather Post

The Darcy was a nice hotel. Staff was helpful. But the room and amenities were disappointing. There is a non optional 35$ per night fee for cocktail hour (30 mins long), an Illy coffee maker in room, and bottled water. We don’t drink alcohol, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the water was a brand that had minerals and sodium in it, so we didn’t drink any of it. The room itself was fine. I would recommend adding hooks in the room, having more hangers available for the closet, and an additional luggage rack so you don’t have to put a suitcase on the floor if you are traveling with someone. This hotel suits a couple well, but would not accommodate a family very well.
