Tanderra, the name is an Aboriginal term meaning “resting place” which is an ideal description of our home in Merrijig, a peaceful tranquil community. On arrival you will be impressed by the breathtaking 180-degree view taking in Mount Stirling, Mount Buller and the Victorian High Country and just a stone's throw from the gates. Sunrises, sunsets, and weather patterns are spectacular here. The guest accommodation allows unhindered views. The landscape is captivating, calming and provides a sense of peace. You will soon feel relaxed and start soaking up the views.

Tanderra 180 is a purpose-built residence with six bedrooms and three living areas ideal for multi-generational families, retreats, or a peaceful recharge to chill out after participating in the many local activities.

The upstairs level hosts three bedrooms led by the elegant corner master suite with knockout floor to ceiling windows with 180-degree views and has a private spacious ensuite. Located at the other end is a well-proportioned queen bedroom and twin bedroom. A separate car park and entrance allows easy access to this level avoiding the stairs if needed.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen and butler's pantry awaits and yes everything has been thought of by a family who love to entertain, cook, and come together around the 12-seater table. For your convenience staple food supplies have been provided in the butler’s pantry.

Relaxation is key at Tanderra 180. You can choose from three living rooms all filled with natural light. Upstairs hosts a reading room which joins on to another larger room designed around a stunning stone fireplace.
The downstairs level houses a games room, kitchenette, dining, and lounge area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, another laundry and drying room. This provides options for you to retreat within the retreat or come together.
