Nice place on a quiet lake.

Great week long stay for our family of 5 and a dog. Great quiet lake. At times it felt like we were the only ones around. Large yard for the dog to run around and nice little beach for the kids to play in the sand. Close to cross lake and Nisswa. Fantastic breakfast place right up the road. Had everything we needed.

Great Lake Lot

Really nice lot down to the lake. Enjoyed our stay. Would only recommend adding a railing at the interior stair and replacing some of the deck boards that are rotting. Overall really nice place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this property. We went fishing off the dock, kayaked around the serene lake, grilled steaks while the kids played soccer and enjoyed the beautiful sounds of wildlife at night. We would love to go back soon!

Great little getaway!

Very nice area tucked back with a great deal of privacy and a large yard and deck. The deck and the dock both really need some repairs and the one door to the deck had a broken knob. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed the lake behind the house. We have a son with arm crutches so the stairs were inconvenient for him. It was a nice place for a small family. Nice kayaks and one for everyone to go out together.

Staying on the quiet lake was great! We enjoyed the yard and all the chairs to choose from. The property hostess was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the things we needed!

Peaceful Lake House

My family really enjoyed staying at the property, it was just the right size to get everyone together. It was winter when we visited, but the lake had just frozen over and it made for some beautiful sunrise photos! Would love to come back during the summer!

My favorite thing was how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, etc! It had everything one would need to make meals and snacks. Also the view is beautiful.

Very peaceful

This was a very peaceful and quiet vacation we had a couple of dear come to visit us we seen eagles and wild turkeys the cabin was very nice. The steps going upstairs was a bit sketchy they could use some type of hand rails and the boards on the deck should be replaced the kayaks were very nice and the view of the lake was wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint cabin. Very private, nice sandy beach and beautiful small clear lake. We enjoyed using the kayaks and just floating in the lake. Lots of wildlife with an eagle perching next door, loved listening to the loons and even a visit from a doe. We would definitely go back!

The property was exactly as listed and also exactly what we needed. Such a beautiful cabin and property with very nice amenities close by. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with. The view of the sunrise over the water was beautiful. We will definitely consider staying there again!

Cabin on Silver Lake

Our stay was nice. The cabin was clean and comfortable but several things are in need of repair. The door to the deck was taped to stay unlocked and the handle broken, the doors to the master closet were off, the shades were broken in the living room. The biggest issue was the door on the patio being unlocked.

Nice Place To Stay - Relaxing Getaway

Stayed at this cabin with my wife, 2 dogs, and newborn. Overall, a good place to stay. The home itself is not extensive in terms of size/indoor space but has everything needed and an excellent outdoor space with multiple chairs, large yard, outdoor heater, firepit, and lake access with small beach and dock. Very peaceful. Five minute drive to access the Paul Bunyon trail in Merrifield (nothing to do in this Merrifield with very limited options but the home is within 15-20 minutes of Nisswa and Brainerd). Would stay here again.

Perfect location

We stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable and my kids slept great each night. They enjoyed playing in the sandy beach and catching fish during the day. We heard the loons while sitting by the fire. The cabins location was very private l, we didn't notice any neighbors. The cabin had the basic necessities available to cook meals. The cabin was located close to Brainerd to enjoy some activities or do some shopping. Overall, this is a great cabin for a relaxing vacation.

The cabin was perfect for our family with 3 young kids. It was very clean (cleaner than any cabin I've stayed in) and there was a lot of thought put into having a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra linens, outdoor seating, etc. The big, flat yard was perfect for our lab to run around in, and it was nice to have quiet and privacy! The sandy beach was shallow but ideal for our young kids to swim in. They greatly enjoyed fishing the small perch off the dock. Also, it was nice to have Brainerd so close for restaurants and grocery stores! The property owner reached out via text the day we arrived and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again.

Three night stay on Silver Lake

This was a great place to spend our summer getaway on the water. The cabin was very clean and neat. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of space for entertaining family. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment and plenty of dishes & glassware. The cabin had two spacious bathrooms and two bedrooms. It was nice touch in the large master bedroom to have a king size bed and gas fireplace. The outdoor grill and fire pit propane tanks were filled and easy to use. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. A very nice property.
