The place was clean. It was a good place to rest. Eight minutes out from the centre of Berry so perfect for what we needed.

Our stay was excellent, the cottage and kitchen was full of accessories, everything we could need. The bathroom unfortunately has no ventilation fan and even with windows open for a quick hot shower the entire room becomes very wet with condensation. Some clearer instructions on how to find the property would be helpful and also a sign at the front gate of the main property advising that the cottage is “this way” would also be very helpful as the current “private property” signage makes this very confusing.

Beds comfortable and cottage clean, but host needs to provide much clearer directions for finding the property. It would be very difficult to find at night.

A pleasant stay. We enjoyed the coffee machine, with the supplies we needed. Kitchen is well equipped, I made a meal for my family. (The oven takes a long time to get up to temperature)Beds and furnishings were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the smart TV. It was a little surprising how well appointed the inside was when looking from the outside!

Beautiful location, decent facilities, tolerable and minor improvements could be made

Pros - extremely beautiful farm land view. Incredible sunset walk available up the hill where we saw cows. Sunrise is also nice but the sun does come directly in the room from the east and can get hot- all inclusive kitchen facilities (there is a stove and diswasher, this is unclear in the photos.) There is a coffee machine but we couldnt figure out how to use and simple cereal, coffee tea and milk provided. - Decor is as images, quite nice- comfortable beds and pillows - ac, heater, fans, tv all work fine. - nice soap and shampoo provided- clean enough 8/10 Cons- wifi signal is very poor we couldnt use it at all- some things that made us question the build quality - unfinished caulking on kitchen cabinets, paint drops on floor or unfinished painted cabinets, we turned on one light and this triggered a black out and we had to reset the mains which wasnt a problem as switch was inside. - there were a lot of insects. Maybe exacerbated because its warm weather and it is a farm, so to be expected. The fruit flies came through the fly screen. Many mosquitos around. However bug spray was provided by the owner so was tolerable. And i recommend to just shut the windows at night - minor details to be improved - dishwasher tablets were in a cup that was filled with liquid which was strange. coffee machine should be provided with instructions. - i dont like the stayz app its difficult to use Overall very enjoyable stay, we were ok with the cons. Ps there are dogs
