Centrally located directly in between three of Merida's most visited squares, Parque San Juan, La Ermita, and San Sebastian, Casa Almita was built at the end of the 19th century and is newly remodelled.

The house includes 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, as well as an incredibly spacious backyard area and pool that will make you feel as if you are in an oasis inside the city. The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences and has a beautiful and open flow throughout the property.

The space is well laid out with 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms with plenty of room to spread out and relax. You enter the bright and comfortable living room, which flows into the dining area and modern kitchen. Skylights brighten the space by letting natural light into the living and dining rooms. Two of the bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other configured with two twins, are adjacent to the dining area and both include their own en-suite bathroom supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Purified water is provided, as well as coffee. We provide you with basic kitchen equipment and appliances including a toaster and coffee machine so that you can fuel up with a satisfying breakfast to start your day. Coffee, creamer and sugar is provided - - no need to run to the nearest mini-mart for these basics. Both the kitchen and second bedroom face the beautiful pool area (the pool was designed with a shallower area which is great for young children divided by a path and on the other side you will find the deeper area) and partly-shaded patio area. In addition to the patio, you can enjoy the lounge chairs and soak up some rays in this warm tropical heat. Outside you'll find another full bathroom, perfect to rinse off after enjoying the pool, as well as an equipment room with a washer/dryer unit. Just past the pool, there is private room with Queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and desk, tucked away from the rest of the house. With ample space to sleep 6 people comfortably, it is the perfect home to bring the whole family and enjoy everything this city has to offer.

You will access the keys through a lockbox, the code will be shared with you 24 hours before your arrival.
You have access to the house with total privacy.

Use the pool at your own risk.
Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee.
The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting.
Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
