"This establishment is just not up to the standards I have come to expect from other stays at Choice Hotels…specifically Comfort Inn & Suites. It’s an old, not up to date hotel. The front desk girl was obviously new, that was not the problem. Her supervisor was condescending and made her even more nervous. It took 20 minutes to check in….and I had a reservation and the room paid for. I even had to go down and ask for a roll of toilet tissue.Would not stay again. Stay."

"Even though the rooms were all non smoking, the first room I was given had apparently been occupied by a very heavy smoker. The young lady at the desk immediately found me another and it was very clean and comfortable. Parking was just outside my door and worked out very well for both unpacking and repacking my bike for the overnight stay. Will definitely keep this place in my list of choices when traveling this route again. "

"1. Made a reservation through Expedia and upon arrival, the clerk could not find the reservation and said that my card was declined. I was outraged and had to show my reservation on my phone. After he read the reservation number, he found the reservation and did not apologize. 2. When I entered my reserved room, it smelled of urine and cigarette smoke.
