The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Our bed mattress was one of the BEST we have experienced in quite some time of travel: firm mattress, good pillows.
So pleased to have had air conditioning on our July trip - and really good AC, at that.
Paddington Station is just a couple of minutes' walk down the street, as are Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's (groceries).
We had no trouble finding excellent cafes and pubs in this neighborhood, and we felt safe, early morning to late evening.
Hyde Park and all it offers is just a short walk away as well.

Great hotel! Room was really spacious and clean! And the aircon was an absolute dream during this heatwave. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely stay again

Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.
