Exceptional house with a pool and views of the lake and mountains, in a very quiet location

Exceptional house located 10 minutes walk from the lake and the center of the village in a very quiet residential area. The village of Menthon is equipped with all shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, caterer...) as well as very good restaurants. From the house you can reach hiking trails, the Roc de Chère reserve with an 18-hole golf course. For the more daring, the plamphet take-off is 5 minutes away by car. One of the most beautiful flights in the region between mountain and lake. Back home, enjoy the swimming pool and its many sunbathing areas before the barbecue. The highlight of the show will be the sunset over the lake (we are on the south-west shore and enjoy the sun until the last ray).<br>Interior decorator by trade (we have a Matter and Colour store in the center of Annecy) we have fitted out a very comfortable and warm house (you can imagine with our site). Two lounge areas, large sofa and outdoor table, heated swimming pool, ping pong area are there for your well-being. I will also be present on the day of your arrival to introduce you to our little paradise and share with you our good tips as locals (we have lived in Menthon for 20 years...).
