A fully equipped kitchen features a beautiful bay window over the sink bringing in amazing natural light. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two comfortable full beds, making this bungalow perfect for small families.

The district is part of the greater Midtown area, which is a collection of historic districts at the heart and soul of Memphis.

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. It is all part of Memphis' sounds and charm.
