  • Our special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This historic, updated 18th-century home offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. Located just steps away from iconic Beale Street, Clayborn Temple, the National Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel, the FedEx Forum (home of the Grizzlies), and the historic Peabody Hotel with its famous ducks — you won’t need a car to get around!

    The space features modern upgrades, including central heat and air, an updated kitchen and bathrooms with the latest appliances and cookware, two full bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit is located on the lower level.

    We would love to host you and your family! Free off-street parking is available.

Such a great place— close to Beale Street and other cool places in Memphis. Enough place for our family of 4 (2 teens) to spread out and be close at the same time.

The location was wonderful. Host reached out to us to make sure everything was OK. Had heaters in the bedrooms in case they were needed. Would recommend.

Clean and close to major attractions

Walking distance to many delicious places to eat and attractions like the civil rights museum, rock and soul museum as well as the fedex forum. Clean and well decorated. We could occasionally hear the unit above us, but that was to be expected base on the style of the home. We were very happy with our stay!

Great Stay

Came to Memphis for the Grizzlies/Warriors game. Property was a quick walk to the arena. Felt completely safe walking there the night of the game. We stayed in the lower level of the property. Lovely home had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Good option for weekend trip

Everything was good except for the parking. They rent out the driveway for Grizzles games and we weren’t told until the day of check-in.

Wonderful experience!

My family, (2 adults, 2 children) stayed the weekend for my son’s basketball tournament. The house was easy to find and access. Felt very safe, even being so close to downtown. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay, but she checked in to make sure we were satisfied. We stayed in the lower level of the home, and wouldn’t have even known there were occupants above us if the owner had not have told me so, I was very pleased with that! Loved the location as well, it was very convenient! I will most definitely book again when we need a place to stay in Memphis!

Nice

The house location was perfect walking distance for everything downtown Memphis and was a great find! As a result we ended up not using the car very often during our stay, which was great because we didn’t have to find parking lots!We stayed in the lower unit and had some trouble with 1)the door unit not locking due to a loose handle but we figured out that it just needed to be reset and 2)the AC unit was having trouble keeping up with general cooling system. The unit showed the room temperature at 75 the first day and was up to 78 for the last day. While the actual temperature for cooling for the house was 72. I was able to contact the house host but being Saturday night, it was hard to get anyone to come service it. We were planning to leave early on the next day. We were there for 3 days! I hope that they are able to get the temperature control unit fixed soon for the next people!
