1 queen bed, nice sized desk and chair to get work done, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals with free coffee, tea, and decaf!

Bathroom is pretty small, especially if you are 6' tall or over! It certainly works from most people, but for taller folks it may be a challenge!

Parking is a breeze for one vehicle in the spot in the back lot. We live close so if you did have an unusual request then we can accommodate quickly!

We love Memphis, and hope we express that with our place. We don't want to be just another midtown home experience. Themed for the old car enthusiast, the Cadillac Cottage is a new classic! Being VRBO hosts is very important to us. You aren't staying in a hotel here. We care about your experience, and hope it shows!

Guests will have access to the entire space. The Cadillac Cottage is setup as a full time VRBO . Your VRBO booking is connected to our Igloo Smart Lock Box, where you will be given a unique code to get your keys when you arrive to make self check in a breeze!

We are happy to meet our guest if they like, but at the same time we understand people enjoy their privacy. We'd love to interact as much as the guests like, but at the same time we respect guest's wishes to have a no hassle experience.

For us, Cooper-Young is home. It is where we choose to live, work, and play. Raising our child here has provided a rich, rewarding experience. We can't imagine any where else we'd want to be in Memphis.

Since we're a bit partial, we thought a brief explanation from Memphis Travel's site description might be a good summary of our 'hood: Cooper-Young is one of Memphis' most vibrant and active neighborhoods, with a storied history of art, music, and markets. Johnny Cash recorded his first album in the basement of the Galloway Church here, and the state's largest art festival is held here every year.

Today when you visit, you can see historic homes - most were built before 1915 and the neighborhood is a part of the National Register of Historic Places - and enjoy a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. It's the perfect place to wander and explore, and to get to know Memphis a little better.

We are about a 10 minute ride to downtown. Typical fares for Uber or Lyft to downtown are about $10.

Chris was INCREDIBLY communicative the entire time and always free to field questions. The cottage was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The bedroom was a bit hard to keep as warm as the living area, though. 10/10.

This cottage has everything you need! It’s so close to Mid-town! It only took us 5 minutes to get to multiple food options. While the cottage is small, it’s perfect for two people. The owners had excellent communication. Will definitely like to stay here again!

In town for Elvis Week & wanted a key location to not only be close to Graceland but also the other key, historical sites to enjoy Memphis! Cadillac Cottage did not disappoint & well-deserving of a 5-star rating! We were never more than 15-20 minutes away from our destination and just a short walk to enjoy the cool vibe of our neighborhood, Cooper-Young, & it's eateries & shops. We had perfect hosts who provided a delightful getaway with everything we needed to make forever memories! Thank you, Chris & Debbie, and thank you, Memphis!! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. My favorite part was playing with the renters dog Gizmo. The property is centrally located and made our trips to the Civil Rights Museum, Stax Records and the zoo within a few minutes drive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute little cottage in Memphis. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy our stay, especially with the nice peaceful porch! We absolutely loved staying at the Cadillac cottage. It was so great to be surrounded by a yard. So bright and friendly, yet very private. Chris and Debbie we’re wonderful hosts. They put so much into this cottage. Plus the Cooper Young neighborhood is ideal. We were a few blocks from a dozen unique restaurants.
