A spacious 70-square-meter apartment spread over two levels—the first floor and first floor—that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located within the Torre Saracena village in Salento and is equipped with all essential amenities, including bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The property consists of two bedrooms with a balcony and a small terrace, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a private garden. Additionally, there is an enclosed veranda featuring a second, very spacious kitchen.



A 70-square-meter apartment spread over two levels: the first floor and the first floor. The second level is accessible exclusively via INTERNAL STAIRS.



The interior layout is as follows:

GROUND FLOOR

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, and split A/C;

- KITCHEN I with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM I with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- KITCHEN II (veranda) with gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, chairs, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.



FIRST FLOOR

- BEDROOM I with a queen-size bed, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and access to the small terrace;

- BATHROOM II with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning (3 units), mosquito screens, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in-in.



After 9:30 p.m., check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following additional fees:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - EUR 25.00

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - EUR 30.00

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - EUR 40.00



The tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Melendugno will be collected in cash upon arrival and amounts to 1.50 EUR.

- From Brindisi Airport, we recommend renting a car, which will take you to the apartment in about an hour. Alternatively, you can get there in about 2.5 hours via the PUGLIAIRBUS service to Lecce, then continue by bus to the Viale dei Palmizi (Vesuvio) stop, about a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Lecce Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Lecce - Viale Gallipoli to the Viale dei Palmizi (Vesuvio) stop, about a 10-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park on the street for free.
