Located in the leafy suburb of Alphington, you`ll be surrounded by some of Melbourne`s most beautiful outdoor spaces. Alphington Station provides convenient train access into Melbourne`s CBD, making it easy to enjoy the city`s shopping, dining, sporting events and entertainment before returning to the quieter surroundings of your home away from home.

PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $100 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal after booking is confirmed. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, pets must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $100 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
