Sleeps 22 - with 8 x bedrooms, 6 x bathrooms (plus powder room) , 3 living areas, 2 full-size kitchens!

This extraordinary property has to be seen to be believed, offering views as far as the eye can see from the massive balconies or viewing deck! Jump into the new solar heated pool with fabulous decking, have a game of billiards, or just sit on one of the enormous decks and take in the view - this property is truly magnificent! It's like staying in a resort!

Two full-size kitchens on each level with a gas cook-top, electric ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, and quality appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine and 2 fridges - one with an icemaker. Spacious lounges with television/dvd/cd (one with bar), Foxtel in the upstairs living area, and dining areas on each level. Beautifully equipped bathrooms, some with spa baths, ample parking in the spacious driveway for several cars, and/or a boat. Air-conditioned throughout, separate powder room off the deck, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Linen is included and all the beds will be made up for your arrival.

House was great. It was nice and clean and well equipped with everything you need. Kids loved the pool. The only down side was the double beds. With a few tall people in the family queen size beds would have been appreciated.

Lovely views and plenty of space

Our large family group booked for a 80th birthday celebration. The property has plenty of space to accommodate everyone and was an easy space to relax and enjoy the views.

What a fantastic home!!

It worked perfectly for a family reunion for my Dad’s 89th birthday. It was evan better than the photos. All the bathrooms and separate areas worked well for the different families. Would thoroughly recommend this place to holiday in.

House in dirty condition, safety issues around the swimming pool/house, extra unnecessary fees

The issues we had with the property are ridiculous. The steps inside the swimming pool were razor sharp and caused 2 of the children to cut themselves. Luckily, we noticed the issue and avoided getting close to the steps. This was obviously not ideal and caused some to avoid the pool altogether. Also, the balustrade on the third level of the outdoor stairwell was missing a vertical rod/ bar. Once again these are serious safety hazards and should have been fixed prior to taking any new bookings. We noticed all the bed cushions placed on beds were dirty and had stains, around every bed there was layers of dust that had never been vacuumed. In the case of the BBQ, we did not use it during our stay. It was greasy, filthy and dirty when we opened it, hence why we decided to avoid this altogether. In each shower only one small tube of shampoo and conditioner was provided. A bottle of soap was in each washing basin with only 20% of soap left. One roll of toilet paper was provided in each toilet for a four-night stay. My guests and I are extremely disappointed with the experience we have had renting your property. Based on the reviews on homeway show other guests seem to have also experienced issues with your property. Coincidently the beginning of that review was also related to parts for the house not being cleaned properly. I recommend any future guests to take photographic or video evidence before and after entering the property.

Not received as it promised

We found the property not cleaned properly. There were food rotting inside pantry cupboards and sun lounge cusions were infested with ants and wasn't touched to clean for a long time. Didn't have internet as promised and was fixed only on the day we left and found out there was a broken modem. Toiletries weren't enough for 4 days. In each bathroom there was only one tiny tube if soap and shampoo left for the whole time for 2 people. Toilet rolls weren't enough too Had to get in touch with Verve more than 10 times during the 4 days we stayed because of different problems. Also didn't even have a proper cocking utensils. We had to call and tell them to bring new frying pans atleast to fry an egg. Coolers weren't working in some rooms. Overall we weren't satisfied at all for what we got for the price we paid Asked for a refund and still it has not happened or had any response to it. Very dissatisfied customer.

Perfect gem for celebration

This is an outstanding property with a nice swimming pool, a billiard table, and a built-in look out which is a favorite for most guests. The interior design is excellent, plenty of equipment to use. Very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful; delivered an extra bed at request; and because it was available, we were granted early check-in and later check-out... thank you! If I must say something less favorable, that may be the double beds which we, the spoiled people who are used to King size bed, find a bit small. Many thanks for offering the place.
