This spacious and light filled home offers 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ensuite in main bedroom.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen with modern appliances. Private reading/work space upstairs.
Home has secure locked up garage and off street parking.
This new townhouse is walking distance to Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre and other amenities. Bus to Melbourne CBD, Northland and Latrobe University is just right at door step.
Hosts live close by and accessible when needed.
The space
This new double storey townhouse offers lots of space and privacy.

Downstairs is a powder room and spacious airy modern living, dining and kitchen with walk-in pantry. The living area overlooks the lush courtyard.

Upstairs comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom with BIR and ensuite is at the front with balcony facing the main street.

Adjoining the master bedroom is a private reading/retreat area.

Down the hallway there are two more bedrooms each has a double bed. The two bedrooms are to either side of main bathroom which has a shower and bath tub where you can unwind after a long day out.

All areas have reverse cycle split systems for your comfort.

Beautiful property!! We enjoyed our stay! If i was to make a suggestion, maybe some sort of bedding down stairs( e.g sofa bed) As for elderly, it was a bit of a struggle going up and down stairs to bedroom.. But it was a beautiful presented place to stay.

Australian Open

Three adult couples stayed at Thornbury Place for 3 nights. All of us had a comfortable double bed, a functional kitchen and a decent lounge to relax. Parking for two cars offroad was a particular bonus.The location allowed us to Uber in for 40 to 50 for the 6 of us. We made good use of quality cafes within a 5 minute walk and restaurants a close drive away.Thanks Quoc & Quye

A great place to stay for our entire crew of 7. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and the owners were extremely helpful and nice. Parking was great for our large van as well. Nice neighbourhood and plenty of food options. A few items to note: the beds were fairly hard, the dryer did not work very well, the BBQ was small and electric, and the keypad on the front door was a bit tricky at first. Small things that only downgraded it to 4 star instead of 5. Overall, very happy and really enjoyed ourselves!

My family stayed at the apartment for over 2 weeks and was comfortable. Two of the rooms and one bathroom were not properly cleaned and numerous maintenance items needed to be addressed including lights, faucets, and windows. On the final day of the stay a man and a woman entered the house prior to our departure time and in fact walked into our bedroom!!!!! This was without any announcement or prior notice. They continued to be rude while speaking to the person still in bed with no care for personal space and the complete violation of personal rights. They demanded that we leave and that we were supposed to be out the day prior. This was false and we were well within the paid rental time. When notified - the owner fully acknowledged the incident and admitted fault to a “honest mistake”. The owner did offer an apology message however seemed far more concerned as to the arrival time of the cleaners opposed to the serious incident which happened. When Vrbo was contacted - (after an incredibly painstaking process of virtual bs) the resolution was far from acceptable. Basically it was a short apology and thanks for letting us know. Anyone staying here or using the Vrbo platform should be aware of their personal safety and that of their family.
