Located in the heart of the CBD, ideal location that brings the best of the city to you within walking distance of RMIT and Melbourne Universities, Melbourne Central, Emporium, Myer and David Jones shopping complex and a stone's throw from the fabulous fresh produce of Queen Victoria Market with terrific nightlife and entertainment options on every corner, cafes and restaurants.

We hope that you will have a serene stay in our home.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm via app or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

Surrounded by balconies on three sides, this apartment has three super-bright bedrooms and two bathrooms，a sofa bed in the living room. (Extra linen for sofa bed cost apply . )Sofa bed is more suitable for children .
It also offers stunning views across Melbourne, a state of the art kitchen with stone bench tops, glass splash-back, stainless steel appliances, gas cook-top and dishwasher.
The living space is well designed is light filled with floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors opening to the balcony with amazing views of the CBD. 
This is the best choice for you, your family and your friends.

The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Please note keys are located off site and will need to be collected prior to arrival.

For the food safety reason, this property will not provide salt, pepper, oil, please remember to bring your own.

Please note that swimming pools on level 1 are subject to availability.

Great Location

While the property was almost all that was promised the main b/room had only a double bed not a queen, a bit disappointing. Fabulous to have enough dishwashing tablets and toilet paper that was a winner. Sadly check in was extremely frustrating the link sent to pick up the keys did not work, messages took too long to reply to and therefore it took over 40 minutes for us to find them, after travelling with 2 kids it was so annoying. Nice apartment

Very clean and good location for all we wanted to do. The problem was getting the keys and then getting to the apartment which is not where the keys are located. Having flown from Sydney and getting a taxi the keys were not available even though the apartment was ready, it was awkward with communication etc. but worked out in the end.

Very nice place, bed linen very fresh and bathrooms clean, just a few stains on the rug and wall scuffs. All amenities provided and easy check out process.

Great location and layout for groups of friends

Apartment was mostly as described but could not be categorised as luxury due to the shabby interior - stained carpets and curtains ,damage to the entry door and scuffs on the walls. The apartment was clean and the bed linen was hotel quality which was great. Location is superb with trams and Melbourne Central handy
