The house is spread across two levels with living, kitchen, sleeping, bathroom and outdoor entertaining areas on both levels. Its styling takes inspiration from an ocean liner with large tiled floors and nautically influenced soft furnishings.

The oversized front door leads to the large, bright and open plan upper level living area that features reclining chairs centered around a large Smart TV. The timber dining table has 8 high leather-backed chairs and the spacious and modern kitchen includes everything you need including a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich maker, blender, dishwasher, fridge and walk-in pantry. Sliding doors from this living area connect to a covered upper deck with an outdoor lounge and dining area. At the front of the house is a smaller front deck with a couple of lounge chairs and an egg-shaped hanging chair.

The lower level is centered around a lounge and games room with a Smart TV, Wii game console, foosball table and board games. It is ideal as a retreat for children. There is also a kitchenette and sliding doors that open onto a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ.
