The place was great and clean the pool is small but perfect for kids, the only 2 things that I will comment about it is The AC in the 2 small rooms didn’t work! The kids had to sleep in the living room most of the nights because it was hot in both rooms, The master room temperature was perfect, and the outside neighborhood is really crowded with junk but the neighbors was fine and quiet! Again the house was clean and nice!

Well appointed and great location

Pool was great for kids, open floor plan, has everything we needed. Host communication was awesome. Very clean, well-stacked kitchen. Spice rack was on point!

Excellent. Exactly as described with everything thought of. Loved the kitchen, the changing colours of the pool light, the comfortable sun deck chairs / loungers and also the voluptuous lounge furniture and beds. Very relaxing quiet setting close to all amenities. Perfect stay.

Stayed here with some of our friends for a wedding weekend. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures. They had everything we needed during our stay, and even had an air hockey table! The hammock outside was my personal favorite. Check in and check out were simple and we had a great time. Thank you!!

Property pristine, Property Manager goes over and above, I recommend 100%!

Myself, my husband and 2 friends recently stayed here. The photos represent the property exactly. The interior was all new with 2 comfortable full bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Very roomy, we had an extra bedroom. There were 2 large couches with chaises. These were pull-outs for even more sleeping areas. We only needed them for seating and liked having separate seating for each couple. The pool was clean and nice to sit around, and the hammock was super comfy. February was a little chilly to get in the pool, but made the atmosphere tropical. The grill and enclosed lanai were perfect for cooking and eating outside. All the amenities were ample--pillows, bedding, towels, a washer, dryer, detergents, cleaning products, and other needs were all provided. The property manager even provided a beach umbrella and chairs after we asked. The house is in a residential area that is minutes from many locations. We spent time at Cocoa Beach, NASA, the Zoo, and other areas of interest. I could go on, but I will end by saying this property and the property manager exceeded my expectations and my expectations are high.

Close to everything

This house is really nice and has plenty of space for a large family vacation. Location is easy to get to and close to anywhere you want to go in the area in short time. The neighborhood was pretty good other than one of the neighbors next door has a lot of clutter, vehicles, & sometimes noisy. The pool in the backyard was really nice but not heated so very cold in December. Would have been really nice to enjoy bec. the weather was good but water was just too cold. Kitchen lacks in cooking supplies if you are planning on eating in a lot, also no plates, just bowls. House was stocked with plenty of towels, wash rags, & beach towels. They only supplied a limited amount of TP so we almost ran out, just a heads up. Hammock in back is cute but rotted so I wouldn't try to lay in it, we did and it started to and the ropes started to break. Had a little trouble with the second toilet sticking and not wanting to fill back up but we figured it out and just had to tap unit in tank to get it going again. Beds are firm but pretty comfy depending on your preference, plenty of pillows and blankets for everywhere in the house & also plenty of space in closets for clothes and luggage. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend this location.

Wonderful property

Everything was as described in the listing. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the communication with Mia was very good. We definitely enjoyed the pool and nicely landscaped outdoor space. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay the house is beautiful and Mia supplied everything you would need I loved having my coffee and not having to bring all the shampoo and conditioner from home every thing we needed was there and very relaxing in the pool just wish the pool was heated it was cold
