    Casa de campo original de 2 dormitorios en una ubicación fabulosa, a unos 500 metros del pueblo y Mount Martha South Beach. Alojamiento ideal para estadías prolongadas y a buen precio para huéspedes con presupuesto limitado.

    Bungalow separado que se dobla como sala de juegos con mesa de ping-pong, microondas y segundo refrigerador.
    Disfrute de la sensación relajada de la propiedad, una excelente ubicación central, a corta distancia en automóvil del Briars Park, Arthurs Seat, bodegas locales y magníficos campos de golf.

Great base to explore mt martha

Very happy to be able to stay here again. House is neat, tidy and in a convenient location. Cant wait to come back soon.

Cute cottage walk to beach

Cute cottage, enough room for the 3 of us and a fun time had playing table tennis in the detached bungalow. Easy walk to the village and beach.

Perfect little getaway

Perfect location - near family and an easy walk to the shops and beach. Cosy and homely for our family of 4 with room for the kids to get outside and play in the yard. The kitchen was extremely well equiped and beds all very comfy. House warmed up well for our winter stay. We spent 5 nights going to and fro and had a wonderful stay. Will be back again.

Comfortable house in a Great Location

There’s at least 1 review on here where they are very unhappy with the place, that review went up shortly after I’d booked so I was a bit nervous. However there was no need to be nervous, the house is just fine. I think the photos make it pretty clear that this isn’t a modern McMansion, it’s an old cottage. It’s an old cottage that’s been lovingly maintained and improved by its current owners, but its still an old cottage so it is a little rough around the edges in places. The kitchen is perfectly functional & fine for preparing simple meals. The kitchen fridge is mid-sized and is perfectly fine, its only oddity is that it’s kind of through the door & really in the laundry, that really just makes it 1 more step away. The TV is not the old TV that’s appears in 1 photo, it’s a largish flat panel that’s mounted on the wall, perhaps it has been updated since one reviewer complained. The rest of the lounge room is quite comfortable & it’s pretty large. Every room in the house has curtains or blinds, they might be old but their perfectly functional, so there is no issue sun streaming into your bedroom & ruining a good sleep in. The beds are a bit old, but all members of our party said they were comfortable enough. The bedrooms could be described as small, but they’re large enough to fit the beds, some luggage and still have enough room to comfortably get dressed etc, they were big enough for us. The spare fridge out in the bungalow worked perfectly, it was good enough to store an enormous wedding cake the day before a wedding, so it should be good enough for most people. The bungalow is pretty rough, but it’s got the fridge & table tennis table which is great to keep the kids amused. The bungalow has some possum boxes attached to it, presumably in an effort to attract possums to the boxes instead of the roof cavities of the surrounding buildings. The possum boxes had cobwebs on them so were clearly not in use by any possums but we didn’t hear any possums on any of the 3 nights we stayed. There’s no WiFi/Internet, some people probably look at that as a positive :) There was a bit of a musty, ‘house hasn’t been open for a few weeks’ smell when we arrived, but it dissipated after we opened all the doors and windows for a few minutes, certainly nothing to worry about. I almost forgot to mention that it’s in a great location, its walking distance to the shops & the beach. We had a great say at the little cottage & would go back again.

Amazing location, Worst house

The pictures of this property are 100% deceiving, the house looked so big and spacious in the photos,the bed rooms are tiny and so is the kitchen the fridge in the house is tiny also, the spear fridge in the bungalow doesn’t work properly either and the door keeps on opening. The lounge was nice and spacious but the rooms are small and costraphobic. We arrived at this properly on the 12th of February the same day that we found out their will be a Lockdown and the property manager couldn’t do anything for us.. on some of the days we were their it reached 35 deg the rooms were sooo hot we weren’t even able to lay down during the day, their is a tiny aircon in the lounge that doesn’t really work and their is no shelter on the outside patio just to try and keep the sun out, the sun was shining straight threw my windows all day, the single bed is soo old you can’t even sleep on it the springs stick in ur back all night. Their is no Wifi and the TV is so old that it just turns off when ur watching a movie, their is also a possum in the roof that runs around all night. The house had a weird smell from the minute we walked in and when I tried to sweep under the rug it looked and smelt like it had never been cleaned befor.. I honestly have nothing nice to say about my stay at this home.. the area was absolutely amazing but this house made our trip a lot worse during our lockdown in mount Martha.

Great house great location!

We had a lovely 10 day stay at this property. Just a short walk to the beach and the shops the house had everything we could need and our 14 month old loved exploring the garden. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Cosy and relaxing

We felt very relaxed and at home in this house. We loved the location and the kids loved the ping pong room and hookey!
