Enjoy the quiet surrounds of Carnegie at this lovely house with open living and dining complete with a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a spacious terrace with outdoor dining. The property has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a self-contained main bedroom with kitchen and rooms with TVs. It has ample parking for one car and nearby tram and train links, which make exploring Melbourne easy. It’s a 10-minute walk from dining on Koornang Road and 30 minutes from the CBD via train.

The Space:
This residence is truly a home away from home adorned in polished timber flooring, natural light and neutral tones. It offers ample space for large groups, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Certain bedrooms also function as their own private retreats, including the self-contained main room with a full kitchen. The communal areas promote relaxation and socialising with comfortable furnishings, spacious indoor and outdoor dining and high-end appliances.

The Neighborhood:
Carnegie is a quiet suburban neighbourhood with great train links to the Melbourne CBD in about 30 minutes. The neighbourhood centres around Koornang Road, where you’ll find most of its popular restaurants and cafes. It also has a number of green spaces, including Koornang Park and Packer Park. Venture north to Carnegie Central for shopping or south to explore Duncan Mackinnon Reserve.

Public transport
Murrumbeena Station is about 900 metres away and has regular services to the Melbourne CBD in around 20 minutes. The Carnegie/Truganini Rd tram stop is 600 metres away and has multiple lines servicing the surrounding suburbs and the CBD. There are also bus stops along Coorigil Road.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

One of my bedroom was not clean it has wet towel on the bed

It was overall in the photo it only shows on side of the property and not the others side I didn’t know I had neighbours when I checked in
