Though generally quieter than its neighbouring suburbs Ascot Vale boasts a large range of cafés, restaurant and shops mainly centred around vibrant Union and Mt Alexander Roads. Dotted with numerous parks Ascot Vale offers a beautiful riverside walk that pass through the stunning Fairbairn Park along the Maribyrnong River. Though quaint, Ascot Vale is an incredible location due to its proximity to nearby hubs and popular attractions.

The property is located in front of bus stops on Lang Rd that operate trips to Williamstown and Moonee Ponds.

- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
