This opulent apartment offers a fantastic setting with views of Melbourne Skyline.
Along with a gymnasium, dining rooms, and a lounge area, the building has a swimming pool, spa, steam room, and Terrace Garden with BBQ.
You will enter a smoke- and pet-free apartment that is in close proximity to Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, DFO, and other Amazing Restaurants & Cafes, and a 5-minute tram ride from the Southern Cross Station & Skybus that goes directly to Airport.
Woolworths is in the lobby of the apartment complex.

In addition to having quality furnishings, appliances, and decor, the apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light.

The ideal starting point for experiencing the city is this apartment. Everything you require will be available near to you. This spotless apartment's privacy and cleanliness guarantee a pleasurable stay.
The living room contains cozy couches, a dining table, a coffee table, and a TV.
Everything you need to prepare meals at home is provided in the full kitchen, including an oven and stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, as well as all the necessary culinary supplies and tools.
A comfy queen-sized bed covered in high-end, hotel-style linens can be found in each of the bedrooms. You can store your belongings in the wardrobe and on the bedside tables.
The gorgeous bathroom comes equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity as well as laundry equipment like a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board that you may use while you're there. You will also be provided with essential toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, bath towel, hand towel, etc.
You have access to public transportation that travels to each part of Melbourne. As soon as you walk out for 5 mins, you can immediately access four tram routes. The Free Tram zone starts one stop away, which makes the location ideal.
The apartment will be exclusively yours. You will have access to free parking inside the residential complex.

The property was okay. It was extremely overpriced. The car park can only fit a micro car. The mattresses are of a very low standard. And the couch needs replacing urgently.

Great little apartment to stay, lovely building, cute French cafe on the street and Woolworths just below which made very convenient. What was not convenient is the stay was not 'opposite' the convention center. It is about 3/4 streets away. This was the whole point in us choosing this stay due to a 3 day conference we were attending at the convention Centre.

The property was very clean and comfy. At least a 15 minute walk from Crown. (thought "in front of Crown" inplyed it was much closer) Located away from the Yarra River on noisy City Road, however we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Location Southbank

We really enjoyed our stay at Southbank. Walking distance to the Casino which has so many food choices. South Melbourne Markets are a 5 minute walk away. Tram line just around the corner with easy access to the city. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Comfy beds and no street noise! Would happily stay again.
