Walk to the Port Melbourne foreshore (350 meters) to enjoy the beach, visit Station Pier, or jump on the Spirit of Tasmania. 150 meters away is Bay Street, with outstanding cafes, pubs, restaurants, bars, boutiques and gourmet supermarkets.
Onsite parking is available as well as lift access. Ideal for weekends in town (or at the beach) or for corporates needing a near city base for extended periods.
