Sleeping up to 18 guests, this thoughtfully curated house offers premium amenities and generous supplies that make your stay effortless and memorable. Your private heated pool and gas grill are included with your stay at no additional cost.
The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the warm welcome. To the left, a cozy game nook invites friendly competition with board games, oversized Jenga, Kerplunk, a TV, and comfy seating — perfect for rainy-day giggles or late-night bonding. To the right, immerse yourself in cinematic magic in the dedicated theater room, complete with plush recliners, sonos sound, and a basketball toss and pacmac arcade games.
In the first floor, the private master suite offers quiet comfort with its own en-suite bath. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen- being fully loaded including an ice maker, blender, waffle maker, Crock-Pot, bakeware, air fryer and grilling supplies so you can cook together with ease. Start every morning at the fully stocked coffee bar featuring drip coffee, an espresso machine, and Keurig-style options. We provide several days’ worth of supplies so you can settle in without rushing to the store. Our grocery concierge service can also have the kitchen fully stocked before you arrive.
The living room feels like pure luxury with an oversized TV, cloud-like seating, and elevated decor. Upstairs, challenge each other at the pool table or shuffleboard while enjoying the large smart TV, or relax on the comfy couch between turns. Every bedroom features plush bedding, its own smart TV and private attached bathroom. Choose from three king suites, one suite with two doubles, or the enchanting Encanto-themed kids’ room with two double beds and four twin bunks.
Enjoy private community beach access with shower and bathroom facilities. We provide beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, sand toys, beach games, and a sand buggy to transport everything — all complimentary, so there’s no need to rent a thing.

HOUSE RULES:
 
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. 
 
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking. 
 
2 dogs welcome with deposit. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Please bag waste.
 
Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am daily.
