This beach townhouse, located in a GATED community, is ready for your arrival. It has been newly updated with new flooring, paint and updated kitchen (including quartz countertops, SS appliances and new cabinets) as well as updated baths.

**IN BETWEEN RENTALS, TOWNHOUSE IS CLEANED ACCORDING TO CDC CLEANING GUIDELINES.**

Pack nothing but your swimsuit and a pair of sandals. Everything else is provided especially for you. Fully furnished and located in beautiful Melbourne Beach, FL, located on the Space Coast of Florida.

Lisa was a wonderful host. She was very thoughtful and had a basket full of goodies for us upon arrival. She left clear instructions for check in and check out. We had a slight accident and she was extremely understanding and more concerned that my husband was okay. Will definitely stay again.

Spent Feb 22 there. Nice little place with all necessities, even a gas grill. Great community and we think that part of Florida is a hidden gem.

Terrific property

We first stayed at this property last winter and came back this winter for more. We love working with Lisa and the property is ideal for us. It’s a very short walk to the river and a similar short walk to the beach. This area and this property is exactly what we need.

Melbourne Beach Condo

We had a great stay in Lisa's condo. This is a nice quiet area in Florida. The property was beautiful. Took many walks to the pier and private beach. We were there during the coronavirus stay at home recommendations. With all the business closures we were unable to go out to eat but had everything we needed to cook with in the condo. God willing we will stay again next year.

Lovely beach townhouse in a great location

The house is lovely with a fun beach theme. It is located in a subdivision and is an easy walking distance to the beach and the river. The house is just as it is presented in the photos and the description. It has been beautifully renovated. The owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She came over and took care of some minor household issues that we asked her to do at the beginning of our stay. My only comments to make the home better would be to install an overhead light fixture in the master bedroom and add another comfortable chair in the living room. We were in the house for a month and loved the location. It was quiet and away from the busier parts of the island, but with easy access to everything.

Such a great place to spend the summer at!

Everything I needed was included, and so many activities were accessible within walking distance. I loved how much privacy there was at the beach, and definitely took advantage of that and the kayaks that were included! Lisa was great and easy to get in touch with when I needed something that was time sensitive. Definitely would come back and stay with here if I vacation in Melbourne again!

My best vacation yet!

Arrived to find everything as good or better than in the ad. One of the first things I saw was a personal welcome message from Lisa. Very sweet and made me feel very welcome. Lisa was most helpful with any questions and addressed the one minor problem immediately when it happened. (Cable guy serviced the neighbor, disconnected the wrong unit and left.) Honestly it was a much nicer place than I needed, but it felt like home. Close to the beach, and not far for groceries, dining out, or whatever might be needed. Bonus: 2 shipwreck treasure museums in the area that shouldn't be missed! The only downside I can think of is if you're a northerner and white as snow like I was when I arrived, be careful of the sun. By day 3 I looked like a boiled lobster despite liberal use of SPF 50. On the plus side, by the time I left I looked tan as any local!

A Slice of Paradise

We absolutely loved our five week stay at Beachwoods! The unit was beautifully updated and decorated in a beach theme with hard surface floors throughout. Location was amazing...just steps to the beach and steps to the river. The community was very friendly with a heated pool, workout room, tennis, pickleball courts and ping pong. The laid back atmosphere was refreshing and within 30 minutes of restaurants ,golfing and shopping. The owner was friendly and if we needed anything, she was quick to meet our needs. We loved our stay and plan to return to this slice of paradise!

Very Nice!!

This condo was perfect for our vacation! Lisa was available when we had a small issue upon arrival. It was clean and furnished with most everything we needed. Mother Nature didn't cooperate with beach/pool weather but we did manage to get one good day to enjoy both. The pool area was great and the walk on the beach (which is across a busy road) was very serene. The neighborhood seemed very safe and the people very friendly.... I would definitely recommend this property!! We would have liked a tv upstairs and another comfy chair in the living room but, overall I give this FIVE stars!!!

A Relaxing Oasis

We had a lovely stay in this newly renovated town home. It was truly inviting from the moment we opened the door. The spacious rooms were bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated in a relaxing beach theme. All of our needs were thoughtfully considered by the owner. The screened in porch offered a fun outside dining experience. There was so much to do in this area but most importantly we had the beach, which was only a short walk away.

Great property and great owners.

Modern freshly decorated condo exactly as photos show. Adjacent parking and quiet development. There is absolutely no whiff of pets in this pet friendly unit. Lisa is a very responsive owner and if back in the area we’ll check her place first. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything

Tranquil, comfortable, clean and I could hear the ocean in the morning from outside the unit!

The property exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I have used HomeAway. So definitely nervous. The property manager was helpful and worked with me. I greatly appreciated her assistance. The property itself was better than the pictures. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay again!

The home was located on the southern side of Melbourne Beach in a nice community with multiple amenities. We took avantage of the screened in porch each morning as we enjoyed our coffee. My son used the basketball court several times. The access to the beach was convenient. The home was as described and had everything needed for a day at the beach.

The perfect quiet beach get away.

This cute condo was very attractive and comfortable throughout. The description matched reality and then some. Great style in the house, everything inside was consistent with the beach feel. Chairs, umbrellas and body boards on site. Just toss the cooler and umbrella in the beach buggy and stroll down the block until you hit sand, which had great access and a nice secluded slice of the Atlantic. On the other side of the street is a great pier, plum full of fish and sea life. BEAUTIFUL! We really love Melbourne Beach and this condo was just what we were looking for.

Perfection!

My first HomeAway experience and what a pleasure! Lisa was quick to respond and very patient as I was a little confused with the process of paying. The house is immaculate, everything new, tastefully decorated and uncluttered. I used the gym and pool and sauna and I fell in love with this community. Everyone was beyond friendly, from the employees at the rec center to the neighbors walking their dogs in the evening. Bonus: My favorite restaurant, Oceans 302, is just a short drive away. 😁 My parents have lived in this area (Melbourne Beach/Indialantic) since 1995 so I'm very familiar with the area. It's a true gem of a laid back, beachy town. I'm trying to visit more often and I will definitely be booking Cambri Cottage again!
