Villa Mariner, located in the town of Medulin, is the right choice for you and your family if you are looking for an ideal holiday. Medulin is a city with a rich cultural past, which is recognizable by the church with two towers that rise above the place and is also a city that is one of the largest tourist destinations in Istria. Villa Mariner was built in 2021 in a modern style of construction, has 220 m2 of living space, and is 1.5 km away from the nearest sea and beach. The maximum number of people who can stay in this beautiful villa is 10, while the optimal number is 8. What will especially delight pet owners is the fact that pets are welcome in Villa Mariner, a maximum of two with a surcharge of 10 € per dog. As additional content, Villa Mariner has an extra bed measuring 80x200, and you can use a washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, and feeder.



On the ground floor of the villa, there is a modern living room consisting of two sofas, two tables, and a TV, and has direct access to the outdoor terrace. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.



On the outdoor terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen, a heated pool of 32 m2, and a depth of 1.35 m. Next to the pool, there are 8 sun loungers where you can relax during the hot summer days or relax by reading your favourite readings. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor electric grill where you can prepare delicious traditional dishes.



On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, three of which have double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds.



The villa is fully fenced, surrounded by greenery and quiet nature, and you are guaranteed complete privacy and peace, and the host is at your service throughout your stay!



Inside the yard, there are two private parking spaces, while outside it there are two more.



Entertainment facilities that will delight both children and the elderly are an open yard with a garden, table tennis, trampolines, two bicycles, digital television, and a PlayStation 4.



Other local activities and attractions are wine tours, water sports, cycling, horseback riding (located 300 m from the villa), diving, sailing, etc.
