This charming villa features 2 jacuzzis for your relaxation—one located on the second floor and the other in the courtyard by the 40 m² pool, surrounded by 8 deck chairs. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy, while the safe parking spaces add to your peace of mind. On the terrace, you'll find a gas grill, a table, and 10 chairs, perfect for dining or enjoying the outdoors.
The ground floor boasts a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, a billiards table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 10 people. On the first floor, you'll find bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.
The second floor features an indoor wellness area with a sauna and exercise room. From this floor, you can enjoy the most breathtaking views of the sea and Kamenjak Nature Park, located just near the villa.*Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €20 per dog, per day.
