Large open room to relax with your family or friends. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need in town. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen and twin. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to use!

We were in town for a few days for a softball tournament. Close, 5 minute drive to the fields. Neighborhood is very walkable and close to several parks. The unit itself needs a little upkeep (the deck is falling apart and could soon be dangerous) but is very charming overall. The kitchen could use a few more basics but it met our needs. Communication with host was awesome - very quick responses to my questions (I didn’t know how to access to the garage/laundry). Would definitely rent again!

Stayed over going North and South from the Bay Area to Seattle and stopped over in Medford. Loved the unit, big bedrooms with nice restrooms. Really quiet and safe seeming neighborhood for our quick stops. Great communication and easy check-in. If you need to stay over in Medford for a night or longer, I recommend!

Great place for our short term stay. Very good value for the price. Clean, warm—if was freezing outside—and comfortable. Well equipped. Safe neighborhood. Short drive to all locations in Medford. I'd definitely stay again.

This was the best of four places we stayed at in Oregon. The rooms are large, the beds comfy and it is very near downtown and the Rogue Valley Manor.

While the property was nice, there were no dressers or benches to put our luggage and or clothes in. Therefore, we had to leave them on the floor. Plus, there were only a few wire hangers, big miss and annoying. Next, barely had a full roll of toilet paper between the two bathrooms. Also, no paper towels. The Keurig coffee maker was nice. If they just had a few more expected amenities, the score would have been a 5.

Absolutely brilliant VRBO experience!! Everything you need to relax and enjoy family. Great location. Super host to be sure. Excellent communicator. Included bathroom sundries, basics in the kitchen and extras everywhere else… such a great stay. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much!

Enjoyed my stay. Inside, totally updated and clean. Surprisingly large. It was 113 degrees when I stayed and the AC was already on and kept the place very cool. The whole neighborhood is all duplexes if that matters. All in all- great stay

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Listing is very accurate, very few ammenities, so don't expect more than is on VRBO. I verified with the owner that there it is air conditioned, as we stayed when it was over 100 F! Would stay again! Thank you Jeri

I stayed at this rental with my husband and dogs. It was very comfortable and very clean. The rental is very spacious and we felt right at home. We will stay here again in the future.
