Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, a washer, and Wi-Fi. In the building: lift access.



The Space:

The apartment has one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedroom.



In the kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. It also has a washer. A workspace is available too.



In the bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Laureles is one of Medellín's safest, greenest and most walkable neighborhoods: leafy streets, quiet during the day and lively at night.

First Laureles Park: a gathering spot surrounded by cafés, restaurants and local boutiques.

La 70: one of the city's most popular streets, known for its nightlife, bars, restaurants and live music.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium and Sports Complex: football matches and concerts, and a good place to walk or run.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.



Getting Around:

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.
