Come enjoy soaring ceilings in the main room with skylights, granite countertops, maple cabinets & completely renovated with designer touches throughout. Kit w/ SS appls. MBA with large walk in closets. Private deck. Circular driveway & plenty of parking. Surrounded by nature for complete privacy. Events are allowed at extra charge of $4500, covering up to 50 guests and up to 8 person sleeping accomodations for one night. Contact owner for other details.

gorgeous 2.14 Acre Lot, Very Private, gated entry. Enjoy wild life- enjoy watching the nesting hawks, wide range of birds, fox, deer, and nearby horse farms. Enjoy the many patios, decks, grill areas around the property. Great falls village center is minutes away for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Updated Kitchen, master bath with free standing tub and oil rubbed bronze filler. We love the master walk in custom closet and vaulted ceiling in living room with skylight dome.

The property is lovely. We enjoyed breakfast at the kitchen table watching the deer and the hummingbirds. A very peaceful and relaxing location with easy access to everything!

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful home to stay in. We spent a lot of time sightseeing so we didn’t get to enjoy the full potential of this place. Very nice and cozy. Looking out the windows seeing all the wildlife was wonderful. Nice seating areas outside to enjoy the beauty. James and his wife were very great to work with and their hospitality was very welcoming.

Everything was excellent apart from the kitchen which was short of utensils. We were 6 and the utensils was fine for 4. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Dining table with 4 chairs. No wine glasses. This is something small that can easily be put right if you speak to the owner if you are more than 4 guests. Best to meet up when entering the house for a walk through as personal stuff is left in the house. Unfortunately we ran late and missed the owner for a walk through. I am sure you will enjoy your stay there. We did enjoy the house.

We were greeted by James and Suzanna very warm and welcoming- they were preparing home to make sure all in order, and it was! Truly wonderful! The property is soothing. The birds, the little fox, the total quiet to sync your day! The pictures of the inside do not do the home justice. There is a beautiful large space on the upper level that has a raised patio off of it with very comfortable chairs and a table. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine here, just spectacular. So much more to say, but almost want to keep this HomeAway secret. Don’t hesitate, if you like quiet family time, close to everything, with wonderful hosts.

We loved this house!!!

We rented the house for a birthday party/sleepover for a 16-year old girl and her friends. Everyone had a great time. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the owner (James) could not have been more helpful. We hope to stay here again.

Serene and spacious retreat

We were a party of five traveling to the area to attend a memorial service and spend time with family. James is wonderful and could not have been more accommodating - he greeted us, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and came by to see us off. The house itself is lovely and very spacious with great seating areas both inside and out for relaxing, chatting, or reading. Situated in a quiet, wooded setting, it is very private and pleasant. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee times watching the many hummingbirds at the feeders! We would definitely recommend James as a host to people traveling to this area.

Great house, great location

Stayed 5 nights in August. Visited museums, took in a Nationals game and a show at Wolf Trap. Location was perfect - close to the Metro, shopping, Wolf Trap and the airport yet the neighborhood was extremely quiet and secluded. The house itself was meticulously kept and plenty of room for the six of us aged 13 to 58. Air conditioning was very welcome that week and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and foxes outside the window. James is an excellent host and extremely accomadating. Would not hesitate to stay again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful Split Level in Great Falls

My coworkers and I really enjoyed staying at James' house in Great Falls. Their home and property is beautiful and they're just far enough from DC and Tysons to feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle of the DC metro area. It was close to Tysons for a nice meal and close to Great Falls Park.
