Three Fire TV-enabled televisions mean everyone can settle in wherever they land. The main level living room features a 42" screen, the lower level bedroom has a 52" screen, and the upper left bedroom has a 26" screen. Each TV comes with both a Fire TV remote and the original remote so nothing gets lost in translation. Streaming your favorites is easy with the in-unit WiFi from Xfinity.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked to handle everything from a quick morning coffee to a full holiday spread. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer alongside a complete lineup of cookware including a stockpot, frying pan, saucepan, and baking pans. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are provided for all guests, plus wine glasses, a knife block, and a full set of grilling tools. One step down from the kitchen leads to the dining area - a natural flow for shared meals.

Step out to the back deck and find a private hot tub waiting for you after a long day on the mountain. A fully working propane grill is available on the lower-level back deck. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility - though note the pilot button needs replacement, so plan accordingly. A back porch with a couple of steps leads down from the lower level, and two steps bring you up into the hot tub itself.



Community Amenities



As part of the Villages of Wisp HOA community, guests have access to a community dock located at 941 Marsh Hill Rd. Parking at the dock is limited, so please reach out to the host in advance if you plan to bring a boat or use the dock. Additional overflow parking for the property is also available at that same address in the labeled community lot.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-serve and simple - your lockbox is located to the left of the front door. The driveway is paved but steep, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended, especially in winter months. Two cars can park on-site, with labeled community overflow parking available at 941 Marsh Hill Rd when needed. The host is available throughout your stay and happy to help with any questions.

Other Things to Note:

The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

No pets are permitted at this property per Villages of Wisp HOA rules.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

Please note the multi-level layout: there is one step up to the entry door, one step down from the kitchen to the dining area, 13 stairs to the upper level, 13 stairs to the lower level, one step down to the back porch, two additional steps down from the porch, and two steps up into the hot tub. This property is not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations.

The driveway is steep - four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended, especially in winter. Road salt and a snow shovel are provided on-site.

A dumpster is available at the end of the parking lot to the left for trash.



The home does not have central air conditioning, which is typical in the Deep Creek Lake area. Summer stays are shaped by the mountain lake climate, with warm days outdoors and naturally cooler evenings supported by fans and open-air ventilation throughout the home.
