Winter Weather Notice
McCall transforms into a stunning winter wonderland — but with that beauty comes true mountain conditions. From November through March, snow and ice are common, and weather can change quickly.
Please come prepared:
-4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
-Snow tires or chains may be required during active snowfall or icy conditions.
-Our driveway is plowed regularly, but accumulation can still happen between plowings.
-Always check the forecast before driving, and allow extra time for safe travel.
-Guests are responsible for their own vehicles.
-We are not responsible for stuck vehicles, towing costs, or delays caused by weather conditions.
That said, if you ever need help or local guidance, we’re just a message away. A little planning goes a long way — and the snowy setting is all part of the magic here in McCall!
Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and either a $1500 damage deposit which is a temporary hold on your card that is released a few days after check out or $100 ( up to 10 days and an addition $5/day after) non refundable waiver required. This will protect you as well as us for accidental damages while at the property. We do this rather than require you to purchase the more expensive policy through vrbo.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge, including all three floors, every bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, game and media rooms, outdoor patio, gas grill, firepit, and the oversized covered porch with seasonal flower boxes. The heated garage is also available for guest use and includes a full-size refrigerator, perfect for extra groceries or drinks.
Access is via a secure lockbox or smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed.
While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a call or message away should you need anything before or during your stay.
