The home's unbeatable location allows you to be within a short drive of restaurants and local attractions, including McCall Golf Club, Ponderosa State Park, Brown Park, Legacy Park, Rotary Park, The McCall Activity Barn, Brundage Mountain Idaho Ski Resort, and Tamarack Resort.

This family-friendly escapade enjoys a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for entertaining! Whip up delicious recipes in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Then, retreat to the inviting living room furnished with comfy sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained. If you are more into board games, you are provided with Jenga, The Game of Life, and Happy Salmon. The back patio that can be accessed through the living room is ideal for alfresco meals with beautiful views. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and two beach chairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great New House

Great house with great location. We were close to downtown and 25 minutes from Brundage. It is very new and we can tell still figuring things out. Kitchen needs some knives and cooking dishes like Pyrex pans and bowls. A crock pot would be perfect. Some throw blankets and pillows on couch would be perfect. Will stay here again.

Perfect Family Rental

Our family really enjoyed this rental. The family room/kitchen area is huge, and having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great place! Great location!

Newer home with well stocked newer items in kitchen. Cleaning could have done a better job, 2 full garbage cans in kitchen, master bath needed vacuuming and house was at 55 degrees which took the heat pump a long time to increase temp at all so had to use auxiliary heat, these things weren't a big deal. very nice modern designed home. was able to back my truck and 16ft enclosed snowmobile trailer into the driveway. The snow was cleared from the driveway quickly. Easy access to town. Would rent this home again.
