"We purchased 2 queen beds for two nights. Arrived at 4:00 pm (Check in starts at 3) were asked to wait 15 mins to get the room set up.
After checkin, when I found we were given two double bed instead of queen and inquired about it, staff mentioned we don't have any queen beds at all. They informed expedia but it was not taken care of it. I am not sure if Expedia would ignore this kind of information, if really being informed by hotel.
After one night stay, next day room was not serviced at all...

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to check in a little bit earlier, which was very nice. The pool was heated and clean.
