"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The remodel proved an improvement to Mills Falls. I stayed at Chase house this time around. And was not disappointed. The new mattress, pillows and towels were fantastic. I also loved their new line of toiletries. The building is quiet (but I did stay here in the off season)… and I appreciated the hotels amenities. We visited the Spa and pool at Church Landing (same business-but on the other sidebar the street). All of our treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. As was the spa locker room/ relax...

And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "Very easy to access. Even though front desk was closed when we got there, it was very easy to get all the instructions over the phone. Amazing, cozy and beautiful little cabin. Beautiful front lake as well. Very clean and heater was on. We will definitely be back! Thank you "
