The villa offers amenities such as Internet Wifi, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises.

The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with a french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) that has an exit leading to the terrace. There is another shower/WC on this level. The upper floor features a room with sloping ceilings, ranging in height from 160 to 350 cm, and a rooflight. This room is equipped with a french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning.
