In Mattinata, Gargano, we rent a beautiful 28 sqm TWO-ROOM APARTMENT recently renovated, located on a land bordering the beach.
You can reach the sea comfortably on foot in a FEW seconds.
It takes almost longer to write it than to do it.
The BEACH of Mattinata is made up of medium-small gravel.
The two-room apartment was recently renovated, the furniture is in fact brand new as well as new are all systems and fixtures, equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets.
It also has air conditioning.
The ideal capacity is 2 people but in the hallway there is also a sofa bed that can provide additional temporary accommodation for a maximum of another person, preferably a child.
It is therefore the ideal solution for a couple or a couple with a child.
Internally it is organized as follows: entrance with kitchen, hallway and dining room, bedroom, a spacious and comfortable bathroom.
In addition to the internal spaces you will have large outdoor spaces and a covered veranda for exclusive use below which you can enjoy your meals in peace.
The parking space is outdoors and is immediately adjacent to the house.

In the months of May, June, July, August and September the minimum stay period that we require is 1 week (in these months arrivals and departures take place on SATURDAY).
In the remaining periods of the year it is possible to take the house even for shorter periods, arriving and departing on the day you prefer.
PRICES are indicated in the "TARIFFS SECTION" of the announcement. Simply enter the arrival and departure dates and you can view them. Beautiful Mattinata
We enjoyed our stay in Mattinata, it is a beautiful area. We enjoyed some coastal walks and visited Vieste and the Umbra Forest. The apartment is small but well equipped and was clean. We stayed out of season and the beachside restaurants were closed so we had to drive out to restaurants. In peak season you would have a lot of choice in walking distance. Angelo was a great host very friendly and gave us lots of local information

Schöne aber kleine Wohnung
Mir hat der Aufenthalt im großen und ganzen gut gefallen:
Trotzdem muss man sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung nur 28 qm ist.
Küche /Essbereich ist sehr klein und auch dunkel. Eine andere Hängelampe wäre sinnvoll.
Duche/WC/Schlafzimmer super, auch Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern super!
Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit 🙂
Zusammenfassend werde ich sicherlich wieder einmal kommen

Tra gli ulivi e il mare
Un comodo e appartato bilocale con un vivibile patio, in mezzo agli ulivi e a due passi dalla spiaggia di ciottoli di Mattinata. Insieme alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità degli host e alla vicinanza di un buon ristorante ne hanno fatto un luogo di vacanza ideale

Vacanza top!
Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, la casa è molto carina ed è favolosamente immersa nella natura tipica mediterranea. In pochissimi secondi si raggiungono la spiaggia e il mare.
I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.
Un'oasi di relax, ne avevamo proprio bisogno.
Ci torneremo!

Surrounded by the beauty of the local nature
Found myself in this cozy family sea house, literally in front of the cute pebble beach, surrounded by the local Mediterranean nature, at the same time. Magical olive trees, oranges and lemons, flowers and sun to pamper your sight. The house has all the comfort one may need, tidy and clean, lovely veranda to enjoy the meals and coffee outdoors, superb roof terrace to sunbathe or watch the stars at night. Great host, available at need and very polite. I do recommend, because I really did enjoy my stay there.

Vacances détente sur mer
Je la recommande pour la proximité de la plage, pour la tranquillité ,la discrétion et la grande sympathie des propriétaires. Je recommande aussi le restaurant attenant.

Mattinata mon amour
Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili; posizione eccellente e tranquilla. Le spiagge, sia libere che organizzate, sono praticamente fuori dalla porta. Mattinata è una località balneare tranquilla e accogliente, che si differenzia per questo dalle altre località più note del Gargano. Abbiamo passato una settimana di completo relax.

Magiczne miejsce
Wspaniały odpoczynek w gaju oliwnym przy muzyce cykad, szumie fal morskich. Bardzo mili właściciele, piękna okolica z dala od zgiełku miast. Bardzo dużo ciekawych miejsc do zwiedzania, zarówno na lądzie jak i na wodzie. Plaża i restauracje 200 m od domku.
