Front patio (shared with other properties on-site). Secure enclosed front garden with patio, terrace and garden furniture (furniture available in summer). Back courtyard. Pets to be kept on lead (while crossing shared areas). On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden..
