Villa with Heated Infinity Pool - Feeling Italy

Mediterranea is a charming villa with breathtaking panoramic views of Li Galli Islands, the picturesque bays, and the Mediterranean Sea. This villa features an enchanting Mediterranean garden with a lounge and barbecue area, a stunning swimming pool, and private parking.

On the ground floor, you'll find an independent entrance leading to a spacious living area featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The double bedroom, designed in a contemporary style, provides all the comforts you desire.

As you ascend the external staircase to the first floor, you will reach the villa's main entrance.

Stepping inside, there is a dedicated laundry area, a comfortable and expansive living space seamlessly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and the pool. The first floor boasts two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, offering splendid panoramic views, two charming and essential French bedded rooms, as well as two custom-made ceramic-tiled bathrooms with showers that accentuate the villa’s distinctive style.

Through the internal staircase to the second floor, you'll discover a magnificent suite featuring a luxurious double bed with private access to a terrace furnished with sophisticated lounging furniture where to unwind and marvel at the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Mediterranea evokes a sense of wonder and serenity, making it an exceptional retreat for those seeking tranquility and enchantment amidst breathtaking natural beauty.
A small-to-medium-sized car is recommended due to the narrow road leading to the property.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
