This was a last-minute booking, but I was able to secure a room and head straight to the hotel. The room was pretty standard, but it was clean, comfortable, and had working air conditioning. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose and met my expectations for a quick stay.

Everythings ok except the room is too hot because of the glass wall. It penetrates the heat from the sun even with the aircon on. Other than that everything is fine.

Perfect spot for some fun! I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy and with my luck this hotel has it all. Now, it’s my go-to during the holidays when I’m spending time with family. Tip: Bring the kids, they will definitely enjoy the different types of swimming pools here.

The staff are very nice , but the rooms amenities are not kept up to codes . There is no hot water, the towels are hard , the tv doesn’t work , you have to asked for a box to make it work . They are considered 4 star on comments i will only give them 1/5 star

My kids enjoyed the gigantic slide and mostly explored the pirate themed cave. Their hotel is very Disney coded!! They also have a pool for adults like me. I definitely loved their infinity pool which has water body massage beds in it. I had the pool all by myself since it’s only exclusive for checked-in guests.  So far, I have loved our stay here. Will definitely recommend it here.

The consistency of service at this hotel is unmatched, and that’s what keeps me coming back. They ensure that every detail is taken care of without fail. Whether it’s the housekeeping, smooth check-in process, or thoughtful amenities, they’ve earned my trust time and again. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that you know will deliver exactly what you expect every time. This hotel is a shining example of excellence in hospitality!

Great place to stay in Masbate.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staffs were very kind and courteous. The only thing that i would like to mention was the water pressure. Some times it was very low and the next day it was good.

Dirty stains on bed sheets, giant cockroaches and bugs in room, very hot and they want to charge you $ for water, the room was ready 2 hours early but they made me pay $ per hour to check in early after sitting in the hot sun all day! Terrible, will NEVER stay here again!

Kun deres swimmingpools trak lidt op....men mest for små børn...

Not worth the aggravation. Photos, dining inside, room service, air conditioning, hot water are extremely poor. Serious issue with reservations. I booked through Expedia for 3 nights and the hotel had the wrong dates and never mentioned it until the last night so I had to purchase an extra night. Seriously stay away from this place! I stand by my review because its accurate and true. Going through Expedia for a refund on that extra night the hotel charged me.
