First and last stay at a Bally’s: Hallways and room had a strong musty odor. Fitness center equipment rundown and poorly equipped. Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance (water drained) with no notice. Parking was shared with casino so you have to walk through people smoking and drinking alcohol ...

We brought our Lab with us. She loved looking out all the windows. She was afraid to walk up the open stairs but was content to sleep on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay at Outrange. Very quiet and secluded. Short walk to River.
