Villa Auruca` is a beachfront villa in Campomarino di Maruggio, for vacation rental in Puglia directly on the beach and with panoramic views.

Villa Auruca` enjoys an exceptional sea view location, with large furnished balconies for spending time outdoors in front of a spectacular panorama.
The villa is developed on the second floor, has spacious, simple and cozy interiors: a large living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with shower.
The rooms are: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 triple with double + single bed.
From all the rooms you can see the sea. One of the rooms has a small balcony of its own located in front of the beach, where you can have breakfast or admire the daily spectacle of the sunset.
Air conditioning in the sleeping area is present in the double and triple rooms, while in the twin room there are ceiling blades.
 
What makes Villa Auruca` special is the presence of large balconies arranged on three sides of the villa that allow you to take advantage of the hours of shade admiring the sea and sunbathing comfortably lying with spectacular sea views.

Villa Auruca` is located along a closed private road. The house is right on the beach of Campomarino, a seaside resort on the Ionian Sea in the territory of Maruggio.
The sea in Campomarino di Maruggio is popular for its turquoise hues, crystal clear waters and seabed suitable for all ages.
The town center, with stores, clubs and restaurants, is just a 10-minute walk away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
