"What a gigantic disappointment. This hotel seems to have been last renovated on the 1980s. It is shabby, dirty, run down and completely outdated. The room is ho-hum . The bedroom chairs were so worn that the arms actually had holes in the fabric, and rubbed in dirt all over the chairs, the bathroom was tiny and really cheaply made. The bed super uncomfortable. Th TV remote control was so cheap that we could not even read the letters on it. The tv dido not work for the 2 nights we were there....

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Gleisdreieck, was ich sehr praktisch fand. Die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Züge war erträglich, und meine Zimmernachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, ein vorzeitiger Check-in war ohne Aufpreis möglich. Mein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war zwar klein und hatte Blick auf ein Industriegelände, die Ausstattung war jedoch insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider durfte man die beworbene Dachterrasse nicht nutzen. "Freundliches Personal, gepflegtes und ruhiges Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Kurze Ubahn-Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit der Benutzung des Kartenlesers am Fahrstuhl, aber das Personal war sehr bemüht, dies zu klären. "

"This was my second visit to the Post House and has everything I need for my regular visits to Berlin. Quiet location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was a highlight. The Hotel’s location is very convenient with the Anhalter U-Bahn and various bus stops only a short 5 min. walk away. I shall return for my next trip to Berlin. "

"It was a bit bleak arriving late at night - my fault - so I would definitely recommend trying to arrive during the day when the reception is open. But I was delighted when I got to my room, and then discovered the breakfast and reception area in the morning. The walk to /from Gleisdreieck is super easy, but again maybe you don't want to do it alone late at night. But overall loved the property, the location, the breakfast and the staff."

"Breakfast was poor , especially during ITB trade fair. We have stayed multiple hotels around Kudamm area and our expectation was a quite high, not worth it for this price. Although , DND Card hang on the door ; the housekeeping service has done . I left all my belongings inside the room because I just put a DND card. The cleaning was not requested. Staff at hotel are very well , but it is impossible to call hotel directly which telephone number was given on online. Nobody answers our call that...
