"People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Berlin!"

"Nice hotel. I appreciated an upgrade. The only opportunity for improvement would be their front desk-bar staffing. When you rely on only one staff member to cover the bar and front desk you force guests to wait. Excellent customer service does not include standing and waiting. "

"No matter which part of Central Berlin I wanted to explore, this hotel was perfectly situated. I walked in every direction. I was also able to easily catch the subway and continue to the outskirts of town to see the East Side Gallery very easily. The staff was very thoughtful and helpful.
