  • Enjoy this beautiful house by the sea. Direct ocean front with private second floor deck off the bedrooms and patio looking over the bright blue Atlantic on the ground level. Home just refreshed in 2025! Three bedrooms on the second floor, two full bathrooms, one on each floor, plus private outdoor shower. Stainless steel top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, two flat screen TV's, wireless access and more! Gorgeous stone fireplace and beautifully furnished property set for your enjoyment. I have recently lowered my minimum stay from 7 nights to 3.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a getaway especially with a waterfront view of the ocean. The amenities certainly served our needs well and made for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Excellent service!

Family retreat

The property, home and overall trip was superb. We had everything we needed and the hosts replied immediately to any inquires we had. My 2 daughters, a spouse and grandchild were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was a perfect getaway. We chose the home because of a family celebration in Plymouth. We loved every minute of our thime there

Breathtaking Views & Charm

Another amazing stay at our favorite VRBO property! The views are wonderful and the house is so charming and well maintained. Scott and Patti make staying at their home a true pleasure and can't thank them enough for allowing us to rent for Thanksgiving week every year!!!

Ocean St. March ‘25

Excellent. We rented here for a week last May ‘24 and loved it. Four nights this time. Great view of the water directly out the back door. Cottage is well equipped and maintained. Quiet area but it’s off season. We expect to come back.

Wonderful Place

My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay. This was a wonderful home that was exactly as advertised. Clean and up to date, with beautiful views of the water and the seals and sea lions in the morning. Very convenient location that was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Exceeded Expectations

This house is wonderful. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we watched the sunrise over the ocean and counted seals in the bay. This will be a yearly destination.

Three stays, three great vacations

This was our third stay, and the property was just as nice as the first time. The house is well stocked and super clean, the neighborhood is quiet and full of nice folks, and you can't beat watching seals playing, bottling, and sunning themselves right outside your windows. We love this place.

Ocean St. Brant Rock

Great spot almost right on the sea wall. East facing so unobstructed sunrises. Very homey place. Views of the water from just about every room. We’d rent this place again.

Beautiful Property and Amazing Views

This was a wonderful stay at a beautiful property with amazing views. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves was lovely. Scott was communicative and helpful. Only wish I could have stayed longer. We hope to stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

Really liked this home! Nicely furnished and lots of supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. We were in Marshfield for a family Christmas gathering and rented this home for overflow sleeping. Loved watching the ocean while staying warm inside—it was cold and snowy during our stay. Nice location in seaside village with eateries within walking distance. Very attentive owner.

Perfect place for the off season

We enjoyed an absolutely perfect week at this home. The views were incredible. The home is impeccable with all the amenities. We felt so comfortable staying there. The location and hosts are great. Looking forward to next year.
