Beautiful house/villa with views of the sea and hills in Marseille

We offer for rent our villa in Marseille, located in the quiet and residential area of Château Gombert, close to all shops.
You will be seduced by the incredible view of the city, from Allauch to the sea and Notre-Dame de la Garde and by the tranquility of the place.
The land is perfect for enjoying good times with family or friends with the swimming pool, its beach and deckchairs, the ping-pong table, the hammock in the trees, the shaded terraces and the barbecue, and the possibility of playing petanque.
You can also park several vehicles there.
The house is bright and outward-facing with large bay windows allowing you to make the most of the view with an outdoor/indoor feel.
The first floor is occupied by a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, American fridge, dining area, a lounge area with its large corner sofa and a dining area. Also on the first floor, a master suite of 20m2 with full opening of the bay window, and a bathroom with whirlpool bath with views of the hills.
Upstairs you will find 2 bright bedrooms of 12 m2 with views of the hills and a shower room in each bedroom.
On the second floor, a converted attic with a double bed.
The advantages of the house: the view, the calm, the shade, the serenity, the relaxation, the comfort.
Despite this, you can reach all kinds of shops and supermarkets in a few minutes by car.
The city center is 20/25 minutes away by metro.
A small clarification: we cannot take our cats with us and you will therefore have nice little boarders.

Our house is very quiet, which is quite rare in Marseille, as it is located in the hills overlooking the city.
The view is, from what we are told, one of the most beautiful and wide in Marseille.
The house has been designed and built in such a way that it feels like you are outside even when you are inside to make the most of the environment.
The house is comfortable, decorated with care and pleasant to live in.
Its very large shaded terrace and sunny swimming pool make it an undeniable plus during the hot summers, always keeping an impression of freshness.
