The house is composed on the first floor of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a very bright living room/kitchen giving direct access to the terrace as well as the toilet and a bathroom.

Upstairs you will have a large bedroom in a row composed of a single bed and a sofa bed and the second of a single bed and a bed with bars. The second bedroom is being renovated (walls). Upstairs you will also have access to a toilet and a bathroom.

Air conditioning upstairs in the hallway.

Outside you can enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace as well as a swimming pool.
You also have a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha

You will not have private parking but the possibility of parking up to 2 cars in front of the house.

Please note that access to the swimming pool is not secured.

Nice area of Saint Barnabé. You will have access on foot (5min) to all the shops: bakery, pastry shop, butcher, florist ... as well as a small shopping center (Carrefour Market). You will also have access to Intermarché 3min by car. Metro accessible on foot (5min): metro la Fourragère or Saint Barnabé (line 2) which will allow you to be in just a few stops at the old port.
