Historic Riad with salon, kitchen and two bedrooms with comfortable premium mattresses (size of the two beds: 200cm x 140cm / imperial: 6'6.7'' x 4'7''), a little sofa bed in the salon (metric: 160cm x 70cm / imperial: 5'3'' x 2'3'') as well as a cot/crib for your baby or toddler.

One patio with a little water fountain, and three terraces with gardens (plants and trees), for relaxing, a drink or sunbathing. The highest terrace includes a barbecue place that you can use at your convenience. A little "staircase to heaven" opens up the skies over Marrakech for you with beautiful views of the Atlas mountains (whenever there's not too much desert sand in the air).

You can prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen (stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee machine, little grill, blender, juice maker, fridge/freezer, kitchenware) or get them delivered or eat out in one of the many nearby restaurants (some of them top class!) - detailed information provided before arrival.

Nice and generally calm neighborhood. Equipped with fibre optic internet (up to 100 Mbits upload and download speed) and Mesh Wifi, ideal for "workation". For the safety of your personal items, a secure safe is available. Great location in the very heart of the Medina, close to markets and restaurants. 10 minutes from the Place Jemaa el Fnaa and 12 minutes from Dar el Bacha.

Guests can use all spaces of the riad. A booklet with detailed information is provided before arrival. Specifically, guests are welcome to use the well-equipped kitchen, the electric fireplace (in the winter), the stereo equipment, the traditional Moroccan hammam, the little jacuzzi (heatable during colder winter days), and the three open-air terraces for views and sun bathing.

Riad Kiwi can be reached through little narrow and winding alleys. Car (taxi) access 250m.

The Riad's manager meets you at check in and whenever you have questions or need help. He also arranges airport transfer for you if needed. In addition, the owner is available by texting or phone.

The different floors of the Riad are connected by several staircases. Therefore, the Riad is not suitable for handicapped people. If you are traveling with a young toddler, or little children, constant supervision is essential to ensure their safety.
