The check in process was a nightmare. I asked the chack-in process with 24 hours before as per Expedia recommendation. I was told I will get it before check in. Then 1 hour before check-in I asked again and I was told I will get it when the appartment was ready and to contact them on WhatsApp. At this point I contacted Expedia to resolve the issue. Expedia's help consisted in an AI agent that kept saying "I understant your frustration but I can see the appartment has good reviews". It kept me in an endless loop for 2 hours until I played the ' I feel unsafe' card. Only then they contacted the property and after another hour the property provided the accurate address and the check-in information. On top of that they claimed the check-in was an hour later tyat what Expedia had it on their page. When arrived at the property the cleaning team was still there and we had to wait for another half an hour for them to finish. At least these guys were really nice people. Later on I found out that this thing did not happened only to us but to other people aswell. It's probably their culture to be late and to make you wait for a long time for service.
The appartment was ok-ish. Most of it was clean but the bathroom has some mould, the bedroom has a dumped wall and as a non smoker I could smell the cigarette smoke from the previous guests.
Location is also ok as you are close to bus stations, a shopping centre, a few caffees and a quiet area.
